Teams

Team admins set when a buyer counts as going cold — months without any contact, and months since their buy box was confirmed — in Settings > General > Contact Hub. The Going cold badge and filter and My Book's stale buy boxes all follow these numbers.

Choose who new deals are staffed with — set the default Transaction Coordinator, Dispositions (dispo) and, for Fix & Flip and other project deal types, Project Manager in Settings > General, so those seats are filled automatically when a deal is created.

Create employee type categories with their own custom fields from Settings, then assign them to people on their employee profile.

Settings opens on General; browse the left-hand settings sidebar's categories to find any other page — some only appear for team admins, and Automators-only access opens straight to Automators instead.

Set your team's floor profit — the least profit you'll accept on a deal — in Settings > General. Every deal's Dispo tab then shows a Floor price (contract price + floor profit), and automator offer conditions can compare an offer to it to auto-accept or renegotiate.

Join a team with a join link or an email invite, sign up or sign in, and land on the team dashboard.

Add, edit, deactivate, or delete departments from Settings — departments group roles and show on employee profiles.

When TED Support opens your team to help you, each visit is recorded in Settings > General > Support access, where team admins can see the date and time.

Use the team switcher in the top bar to move between teams and organizations, or create a new team.

Team Dashboard shows the daily briefing plus the whole team's pipeline, financials, workload, and recently closed deals for MTD, QTD, or YTD.

Set your team's timezone in Settings — upcoming Reports and Ask TED time windows ("this month," "this quarter") will be measured against it.

Employee Sentinel shows an Overview tab with team metrics, a leaderboard, and a Directory tab you can search and export to CSV.

An employee's profile shows their performance (active/closed deals, close rate, earnings), status, department, employee types, contact info, birthday, commission rules, compensation, and activity — editable by an admin or the person themselves.

Invite someone by email from Settings > Team Members, or share your team's join link — both let you pick a role with a simple single-role picker.

Change a team member's role from Settings > Team Members — admin only, and you can't edit your own row.

Remove someone from your team from Settings > Team Members — admin only, immediate, and can't be undone.

Hand every contact and company one teammate owns to another teammate in one step — Settings > Team Members > Transfer book (admin only). Use it when a rep leaves or changes roles. Shows how many will move first, and records the change on each contact.

Organization owners can create, rename, enter, or delete any team in the organization from Org Settings > Teams. A second team requires the Enterprise plan.

Organization owners can search members across every team, manage which teams someone belongs to, and grant or remove owner status.

Organization owners can rename the organization, see its facts, and delete it entirely from Org Settings > General.
