Select anyone in the employee directory to open their profile.
Viewing your own profile
If your role doesn't have access to the employee directory, you can still reach your own employee profile directly: open your account menu → Profile → My employee profile. You'll land on the same page anyone browsing the directory would see, and you can edit it the same way — the directory access requirement doesn't apply to your own record.
What's shown
- Performance stats — Active Deals, Closed Deals, Close Rate, and (for admins and the employee viewing their own profile only) Total Earnings. Close rate is closed deals divided by closed-plus-canceled deals, and shows as a dash when the employee has no closed or canceled deals yet. Everyone who can view the profile sees the deal counts and close rate; the earnings figure is hidden entirely for anyone else — not shown as locked or blank, just absent.
- Deals — every deal the employee is assigned to, whether as the deal owner, transaction coordinator, disposition agent, or a seated team member, linking straight through to each deal. Shows an empty message when the employee hasn't been assigned to any deals yet.
- Their status, department, and any employee types, shown as badges next to their name. Their primary role is shown as their job title underneath.
- Contact details (phone, email).
- Birthday, if set — shown as month and day only (e.g. "Mar 14"), never the year or an age. It also appears on the team calendar every year, alongside hire anniversaries.
- Commission rules — the same merged view as How your commission is resolved: role-inherited rules, any employee-specific overrides, and employee rules, each with its source badge — and compensation.
- Compensation notes — a dated log for pay promises, review notes, or package details, newest entry first. Each note shows who wrote it and when, so nothing loses context over time. This is informational only and is never used in any commission calculation. Admins can add, edit, or delete a note; everyone else sees the log read-only.
- Their activity feed.
Editing a profile
Admins can edit anyone's profile; everyone else can only edit their own. Select Edit Profile to change hire date, birthday, status, notes, emergency contact, contact methods, and employee types, then save — or Cancel Editing to discard your changes. Birthday can't be set to a future date.
Department and job title aren't editable here — they follow from the person's role, changed via Managing team member roles.
