Getting started

Switch between light and dark mode with the moon/sun icon in the top bar — your choice is remembered on this device.

Open the help drawer from the "?" button to search articles or browse "For this page" — the same place you go to report a problem.

Select "Report a problem" from the "?" menu to file a problem — no GitHub account needed, and you can attach a screenshot.

The bell icon in the top bar is a quick view of your recent activity; select "See all notifications" (or open Inbox in the sidebar) for the full history, filters, and pending team invitations. Mentions, task and approval alerts, automator run updates, email alerts, deal-hold pause/resume notices, deal and commission activity, bonuses, birthdays and work anniversaries, texts, missed calls and voicemails from your contacts, follow-ups due on contacts you own, documents about to expire on contacts and companies you own, CRM deals whose agent didn't match anyone on the team, and pauses waiting on you all land there. Choose which of these also reach you by email or Slack from Settings > Notifications.

Change your full name from My Profile, turn the daily briefing or email on and off — email can't be changed in-app, and password changes have their own section.

What's on My Dashboard — the daily briefing, what's incoming for you, things waiting on you, your pipeline by status, your financials, and recent activity.

Sign up in two steps — account and organization — then confirm your email. If you picked a plan on the pricing page, checkout opens automatically; otherwise pick a plan to start your 30-day free trial.

Change your password from your profile while signed in, or request a reset link if you're locked out.
