You sign in with the email address and password you used when your account was created — either by signing up yourself or by joining a team through an invite or join link.
Signing in
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Enter your Email and Password.
- Select Sign in.
You're taken straight to your team's dashboard.
If your password doesn't work
You'll see an error message that reads "Invalid login credentials". This same message shows whether the email doesn't match an account or the password is wrong — it doesn't say which, to keep your account secure. Double-check your email for typos, then select Forgot password? next to the password field if you're still stuck — see Resetting your password.
If your email isn't confirmed yet
If your account requires email confirmation and you haven't clicked the link yet, signing in shows "Confirm your email first — open the link we sent you, then sign in." Select Resend confirmation email right below the message to have a new confirmation link sent to your inbox — once you click it, you're signed in automatically.
