Calendar (in the left-hand nav) shows deal dates across your team, independent of whether you've connected an outside calendar.
Viewing deal dates
Filter with Scope (My Deals or Team Deals), and — when viewing Team Deals — an Owner filter for a specific person. The Show row lets you toggle which event types are visible: Closing, DD Period, DD Expires, Inspection, Earnest Money, Contract, and Showing. Selecting an event opens a quick view with a link to that deal.
The Earnest Money event, titled "EMD due: " and the address, is on the day the deposit is due — the Due date in the deal's earnest money fields — not the day it was received.
Each deal has one Closing event, on its expected closing date: the extended closing date when one is set, otherwise the original. Extend a deal and its Closing event moves to the new date — there's no separate extended-closing event. The Contract event sits on the deal's Contract Date — change it on the deal (or ask Ask TED to) and the event moves.
If your role's Calendar row is scoped to My deals (Settings → Roles), the Team Deals option isn't shown — the calendar always displays the deals you're the owner, transaction coordinator, or disposition agent on, or that you're staffed on. This is controlled by the Calendar row specifically — a role can grant team-wide calendar visibility even if its Deals row is scoped to My deals (or vice versa), since each area of the app checks its own row.
Birthdays and hire anniversaries
If your role has access to the employee directory, teammates' birthdays and hire anniversaries show on the calendar too — every year, automatically, with no per-year setup. They're styled distinctly from deal dates (a muted, neutral chip rather than a colored one) and aren't affected by the Scope or Owner filters, only by their own Birthday / Work Anniversary toggles in the Show row. Selecting one opens a quick view with a link to that person's employee profile — there's no deal to go to. Only the month and day are ever shown; no birth year or age.
Pushing dates to your own calendar
If you've connected your email and calendar, the Calendar Sync card on that same settings page controls what gets pushed to your actual Google or Microsoft calendar — this is separate from the in-app view above.
- Sync to my calendar — the master on/off switch. Turning it off removes every synced event from your calendar.
- Which deals — My deals only or All team deals.
- Event types — Closing date, Due diligence deadline, Earnest money due, and Showings, each toggled independently. The closing date event follows the extended closing date when one is set, so it moves on your calendar when a deal is extended — calendars that used to get a separate "Ext. Closing" event have had it removed. (DD Period, Inspection, and Contract dates show in the in-app calendar above but aren't pushed externally.)
Changes take effect automatically — no separate sync button. The card shows Last synced so you can see when it last ran.
