Connect your Google or Microsoft mailbox in Settings so you can send email and push deal dates to your calendar from inside TED — connect, reconnect, and disconnect.

The Email tab on a deal lets you compose and send from your connected mailbox, starting from one of your team's email templates if you like, with cc/bcc and attachments, shows every message linked to that deal, tracks whether your contacts open your emails and click their links (the Tracked tag, Opened and Clicked badges), why an email to someone marked do not email isn't sent, and what happens if your organization hits its monthly email limit.

Why an email might not show up on a deal or contact — not connected, needs reconnect, a reply that never syncs in, an unlinked thread, or a send that couldn't be filed.

The Calendar page shows every deal's closing (one event, on the extended date when there is one), due diligence, earnest money, and showing dates in one view, filterable by scope, owner, and event type — plus employee birthdays and hire anniversaries, and pushing deal dates to your own connected calendar.
