Sync Errors is a read-only observability page covering identity sync, revocation, automator, auth-email, and reaped-AI-plan failures — the expected state on every tab is empty. A top-line summary ("N stuck failures across 5 pipelines") and a count on each tab mean you can tell whether anything needs attention without clicking into every tab.
Identity Sync Errors
Failures from the background jobs that keep a contact or company's deal links in sync with the global identity registry. Filter by Spine (Contact or Company). Each row shows the error message and, when known, a link to the affected deal.
Exhausted Revocations
Email/calendar grant revocations that TED gave up retrying automatically after repeated failures — shows a masked grant ID, attempt count, and the last error. This tab is read-only; there's no retry button here.
Automator Work
Automator steps that hit their retry ceiling — shows the step kind, team, attempt count, and last error. Select Retry on a row to reset it and let the next automatic pass pick it back up. This is the only writable control on the page.
If the automator queue is backing up (a growing number of steps waiting to run, or one that's been waiting an unusually long time), an amber Automator queue backlog banner appears at the top of this tab — before any individual step has hit its retry ceiling. It clears on its own once the backlog drains.
Auth Email Failures
Confirmation, password-reset, and magic-link emails that failed to send via
Resend — the sign-in/sign-up flow itself never blocks on a delivery failure,
but a repeated outage would otherwise be invisible. Each row shows the
action type, a masked recipient (e.g. j***@example.com — never the full
address), and the failure reason (a Resend error code, or "Network error").
Reaped AI Plans
A background sweep reaps ai_plans rows that got stranded in "applying"
after a hard process kill mid-apply — flipping them to "partially applied"
and best-effort refunding the up-front per-turn credit charge recorded when
the plan was claimed. This tab is a durable, read-only log of every reap,
regardless of whether the refund succeeded.
Each row shows the plan ID, the team, when it got stuck ("Stuck applying since …"), and when the sweep reaped it. A badge reports the refund outcome: "No credit charged" when the plan carried no cost (e.g. an MCP-claimed plan) or the cost was zero, "Refunded N credit(s)" when a charge was successfully reversed, or "Refund failed" when a positive charge could not be refunded — that last case is the one worth following up on, since the user was charged for a run that never completed.
