Any TED SYSOPS customer can become an affiliate and earn a commission for referring other real estate investors — you don't need to be on a paid plan to get started.
Getting your link
From Settings > Refer TED, select Get your referral link. This
creates a unique link for you immediately — there's nothing to fill out,
and clicking it again later won't create a second one. Your link looks
like https://tedsysops.com/?ref=yourcode; select Copy link to copy
it to your clipboard and share it however you'd like (email, text, social
media).
You can enroll while on a trial — you don't need an active paid subscription to get your link and start referring.
What you'll see once you're enrolled
Settings > Refer TED shows your commission rate and five live numbers:
- Clicks — how many times someone has opened your link.
- Signups — how many of those visitors created a TED SYSOPS account.
- Pending — commission earned on invoices still inside the 30-day unlock window.
- Approved — commission that has cleared the window and is queued for the next payout.
- Paid — commission already sent to you. A commission starts as Pending, moves to Approved once it clears the 30-day hold, and finally Paid once it's been sent.
How and when you're paid
Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal. Each commission unlocks 30 days after the invoice it's tied to — this protects against paying out on a signup that cancels or refunds shortly after subscribing.
Who can see Refer TED
Only your organization's account owner and team admins can see Settings > Refer TED, get the referral link, and see the commission numbers. Other team members don't see Refer TED in Settings at all.
Payouts go to the account owner
Commissions always belong to the account owner. If a team admin selects Get your referral link, the link is still set up in the account owner's name, and every payout goes to the owner.
