The filter row above the pipeline board on Whiteboard narrows down which deals show in both List and Kanban view.
Search
Type in the search box to match against address or city.
Filter chips
Select any chip to toggle it on — selected chips turn teal with an × to remove them. You can combine several at once:
- Status — Active, For Sale, Pending Sale, Closed, Funded, On Hold, Canceled.
- Deal Type — Wholesale, Listing, Novation, Purchase. Fix & Flip deals show under Purchase and Retail Resale deals under Listing.
- Owner — pick a team member from the dropdown to see only their deals.
Select Clear (it only appears once a filter is active) to reset search and every filter at once.
Filter and add columns by custom field
If your team has custom fields set up on deals, List view gives you two more ways to use them. Custom-field filtering is List-view only — the Add filter control (and any active custom-field chips) isn't shown in Kanban view, and switching to Kanban clears any custom-field filter you had active. Switch back to List to filter by custom fields again.
- Filter — select Add filter in the filter row, pick a custom field, and enter a value. Dropdown and Yes/No fields let you pick from the configured choices; a multi-choice field lets you pick more than one — a deal has to match all of the values you pick, not just one. Text, number, and date fields match the exact value you type. Your filter shows up as a chip next to the others — select it to remove it.
- Columns — select Columns above the List view table to add a custom field as its own column, after Closing. Your column choices are saved per team and stick around next time you visit.
An archived custom field drops out of the filter picker, the Columns list, and any column already showing it — remove an archived field's own filter chip if you added one before it was archived.
Jumping in already filtered
Selecting a status metric card on the board itself — or one of the "By status" pipeline cards on your dashboard — takes you straight to that status already filtered, instead of the full board.
See The deal pipeline board for the List/Kanban views themselves.
