Settings > Webhooks > InvestorFuse tab automatically imports a deal whenever an InvestorFuse opportunity's status changes to one you choose. Admin only.
InvestorFuse used to be its own settings page — it's now the InvestorFuse tab on the Inbound Webhook page (the old page still works as a bookmark; it redirects here automatically). The Generic CRM tab is a separate, independently-configured endpoint — see Connecting a webhook source if that's what you're looking for instead.
Step 1: Required-field defaults
Set Default Owner (pre-filled to you), Default Deal Type, and Fallback Address — the same required fallbacks as the Generic CRM tab — then select Save & Generate URL. Nothing on this page saves automatically; your URL doesn't appear until you select that button and all three defaults are saved. (Once you've set this up, the same button is labeled Save Defaults if you come back to change one of the fields.)
Step 2: Connect InvestorFuse
Your Paste-Ready URL appears as soon as the save in Step 1 finishes — the token is embedded in it, so there's no separate header to configure. Copy it, then in InvestorFuse go to Settings → Inbound and Outbound Webhooks → Outbound tab and paste it into the Opportunity Status Change outbound webhook field.
Select Rotate Secret to generate a fresh URL if it's ever compromised (you'll need to re-paste it into InvestorFuse). The card's status badge reads Active or Inactive; use the Deactivate/Activate button in the action row below it to pause imports without losing your setup. We recommend rotating the secret every 90 days as routine hygiene, and immediately any time you suspect the URL has leaked.
Trigger statuses
Under Trigger Statuses, add the exact opportunity status values that should create a deal (for example, "Under Contract") — type a value and select Add, then Save Trigger Statuses. Remove every value to import every payload regardless of status.
What gets imported
Expand What gets imported to see the exact field mapping — address, city/state/ZIP, contract price, expected sale price, closing date, and the seller's name, email, and phone. The seller is created as a linked contact on the deal (matched against an existing contact on your team by email, then phone, so re-imports don't create duplicates) — a "Seller: …" line is still added to Notes as a quick human-readable trail. Everything else is preserved rather than dropped.
Recent Deliveries
The last 50 requests show here with a status badge — Created, Throttled, Skipped, Duplicate, or Rejected — plus a timestamp and either a View deal link or the reason. Expand a row for the raw payload.
